If the goods should be delivered to a different address than the billing address, enter both addresses at checkout. VAT and the EU VAT number
Prices are net. For intra-Community supplies to companies with a valid EU VAT number we issue invoices without VAT (reverse charge). We verify the VAT number in VIES before processing the order.
Payment
We accept bank transfer. After the order is confirmed, you receive a pro forma invoice by e-mail; it is valid for 7 days. We start processing the order after receiving full payment. Orders not paid within 7 days are cancelled. We do not offer trade credit.
You can upload your bank transfer confirmation in your account under Orders — this speeds up processing.
Prices
All prices on the website are net prices in euro. Quantity discounts are shown on each product page and applied automatically in the cart. For business customers with an account we provide wholesale prices — they are active on your account within 48 hours of registration.
Changes to your order
If you notice a mistake in an unpaid order (products, quantities or delivery address), simply place a new order and pay using the new order number; the unpaid order will be cancelled.
If you have already paid and need a change, please contact us — what we can change depends on the stage of your order.
Tracking your order
The tracking number is sent to the e-mail address given in the order. You will also find it on the commercial invoice.
