Here you can get acquainted with useful information about our goods delivery. We rely on a global network of shipping partners: DPD and GLS to get your order to your company as soon as possible. You can chose DPD or GLS at checkout. Please use the carrier base on your experience and requirements.

If you are a retail customer or you don’t have a valid VAT number, please contact your local dealer.

Deliver ordered products in our online shop is carried out only in European Union Member States: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
The international delivery time depends on the possibilities of the chosen courier company, it is usually 2 up to 4 working days. Choose a suitable company based on your experience.
For standard delivery, shipping fees are 25€ and free starting from 500€ purchase to any country of the European Union.
It doesn’t matter what delivery company you will chose. Shipping fees are the same.
if your shipping address is different from billing address, you should add both in form during checkout. Also if you are placing an order first time, using the different shipping address, the processing time could be one day longer because due to local law and tax regulations we are obliged to validate provided data. We can contact with you if we will need any additional information. This is a standard procedure and it is required only during the first order if the shipping address doesn’t match the billing address.
Your company should have active VIES VAT number. If you haven’t got this number, we suggest to register at VIES in your country. We verify the validity of a VAT number before starting processing the transaction.

All quotes and proforma invoices are valid for 7 days. We will only begin processing your order after receiving full payment. Due to our policy we do not provide trade credit.
Prices provided on the website are given in net prices and doesn’t include tax. If you are buying from Europe Union, and your VIES number is valid, you may purchase goods at net prices and receive a EU VAT commercial invoice.
For Business customers we will provide wholesale prices, the offer will be active on your account up to 48h after your registration.
If you place an order and have noticed any mistakes, like wrong products, quantity, or delivery address, but still not send the payment, don’t worry. Please make the new one and just arrange payment using the new order number in the title.
Unpaid orders are automatically deleted after 7 days. So you not need to worry about it.
If you already have made a payment, and you would like to make any change, please contact us, we’ll see what we can do. It depends on the stage of your order.
The tracking number will be sent to the email provided in the order form.
